“MOCHA has helped greatly by putting a user-friendly tool in our hands so we can ‘bring service to the guest’ and ensure we are capturing meaningful information with minimal disruption. Having our team on the floor with the MOCHA devices helps us execute against our KPI’s and give these guests a higher feeling of security as team members have a reason to be on the floor to ‘check on them.’ Some of the greatest value for us has been MOCHA’S enhancement to allow off-site usage. Being able to add players to our database through the MOCHA device while traveling has been the greatest value add so far. We have now used them in Nevada, North Carolina, Miami, and Michigan.
